Galbi-tang, or Beef short rib soup, is a traditional Korean dish made by slowly simmering beef short ribs with radish, onions, and other ingredients for a rich, clear broth. This hearty soup is loved for its deep flavor and comforting warmth, perfect as a satisfying meal.

Cooking Instructions

BOILING WATER (7 MINS)
Place the unopened pouch directly into a pot of boiling water. Boil for 7 minutes without covering the pot. Tear the pouch open and serve.

MICROWAVE (5 MINS)
Pour contents into a microwave-safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap with vent holes. Cook on high heat for 5 minutes.

POT (6 MINS)
Pour contents into a pot and heat for 6 minutes or until it starts boiling. Let stand 30 Seconds before serving.
