Cooking Instructions

STOVETOP (9 - 11 MINS)

Remove the outer packaging and plastic film. Transfer the

contents to a skillet, pour in 2 tablespoons of oil, and cover with

a lid. Stir occasionally and cook over medium-low heat for 9-11

minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

MICROWAVE (5 MINS)

Do not remove seal film before cooking. Cook on High for 4~5 minutes. The film may ballon slightly. Let stand 1~2 minutes. Carefully remove the film, stir gently and enjoy. Check the product is cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature 165 ℉ as measured by a food thermometer.
