Korean spicy pork (jeyuk bokkeum) tacos: the perfect fusion between Korean and Mexican cuisines.
Ingredients
Pork bulgogi, taco sized flour tortillas, ¼ cup diced Kimchi, 1-2 cups shredded cabbage, ½ whole onion sliced, 4 tablespoons diced green onion, ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Step 1 – Combine ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon honey in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2 – Place pork bulgogi on warm tortillas with shredded cabbage, diced kimchi, sliced onions, green onions and gochujang mayonnaise.
